All items in the IDG Merch Shop are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers and printing partners, including Inkthreadable. This ensures quality, efficiency, and eco‑friendly packaging.

• Direct Fulfilment: Your order is produced and dispatched straight from the printing company or supplier.
• Processing Time: Orders typically take 3–5 working days to be printed and prepared before shipping.
• Shipping Time:
• UK: 1–5 working days depending on the service chosen (Royal Mail 24/48, Evri, DPD).
• EU/USA/Canada/ROW: Usually 5–10 working days, with courier options available for faster delivery.
• Multiple Shipments: If you order different products, they may arrive separately, as they can be fulfilled by different suppliers.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information directly from the supplier.
• Eco Packaging: Inkthreadable ships most parcels plastic‑free, with framed prints using biodegradable bubble wrap.
